Running FrameIP commands through PHP

I'm trying to run frameIp commands and send an ARP packet generated in frameIP through PHP. Before testing frameIP commands, I tested the PHP command line that allows me to run command prompt commands through php, and they work great, however, I'm facing a few problems trying to run the frameIP command on my webserver. The issue must be regarding the path of FrameIp, or could it not? Thanks in advance.
